GEAR TO BAKE OUT SPIRALS FOR LUMINOUS ELEMENTS OF LIGHT SOURCES Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention can be recommended for use in equipment of multistrand bake-out of spirals or wire in manufacture of electric bulbs. Proposed gear has release and winding mechanisms each being equipped with guiding rollers, solenoids with spring-loaded cores and spring-loaded levels with transmitters of their positions. Spring-loaded levers are mounted in sequence and in fan-shaped manner for rotation around axes. Furnace is located between adjacent guiding rollers of above-mentioned mechanisms. Guiding roller nearest to furnace is put directly on proper lever and the rest of guiding rollers of mentioned mechanisms are positioned on proper spring-loaded cores of solenoids anchored on spring-loaded levers. Each position transmitter of release and winding mechanisms is correspondingly connected to first and second inputs of proper logic element which output is connected to input of delay element of unit controlling solenoid whose pulse output is linked to solenoid of release and winding mechanisms attached to preceding lever. Number of guiding rollers installed in gear which are passed over by spirals or wire is selected in agreement with program of production of baked out spirals or wire. Shuttle is anchored in start of each spiral or wire prepared for baking out in release mechanism. Proposed gear also has limiters of turn of spring-loaded levers.
