FIELD: power engineering; grounding deenergized conductors of overhead power transmission lines. SUBSTANCE: electrodynamic circuit is formed by flexible strips. Ground-conductor binding post is provided on lower end of electrodynamic circuit. Tail end of binding post is secured to insulating rod. Contact assembly with contact surfaces and ground-conductor displacement limiter is formed by upper ends of strips. Clamp has grip for catching conductor being connected to ground. Ground terminal is reliably locked in position to ensure desired contact pressure and to hold grounded conductor in contact assembly under short- circuit conditions.
