FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: portable ground terminal designed for grounding disconnected round- and rectangular-section conductors has two electrodynamic circuits of which one compensates for spontaneous bounce forces of contact members and other one, for reversing force acting on terminal along ground conductor axis. Proposed design makes it impossible for taking terminal away from conductor of entire grounding system under short-circuit conditions and ensures steady contact resistance between terminal and ground conductor.
