FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has trocar for introducing laparoscope and accessories. The device has body manufactured as external tube, internal tube and supports. The supports are telescopically movable when displacing the external tube relative to the internal one. The device has sealing ring, stiletto and fixing nut with openings for receiving fastening threads or ropes. The threads and ropes are usable for lifting anterior abdominal wall or for fastening it on arch above the operation field.
EFFECT: combined application as trocar for introducing laparoscope and other instruments.
