FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has cantilever for fastening on operation table and external positioning rod mechanism built of vertical and horizontal rods. The rods are movable relative to each other and fixable. Two or more ratchet wheels movable relative to each other are mounted on horizontal rod for applying tension to and fixing tie rods and fixing two or more T-shaped abdominal wall lifts having flexible thread tie rods. The tie rods are introduced into the abdominal cavity at different points. Each T-shaped lift is metal structure being hollow casing rod of 55 mm or 84 mm long working part. Open slot is available in the lower end of the casing rod. Abdominal wall lift tube is mounted in the slot on axle. The lift tube varies its spatial position in the range of 0-90° relative to longitudinal casing axis.
