FIELD: biotechnology, agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves administration of effective amount of heterological protein in poultry. This protein has alpha-subunit of poultry protein inhibin or its immunogenic fragment and protein-carrier. Heterological protein can be either inhibin conjugated with protein-carrier or inhibin fused with protein-carrier. Method of producing the fused heterological protein involves insertion of double- -stranded DNA encoding inhibin or its fragment in vector that encodes protein- carrier, for example, maltose-binding protein or bovine serum albumin. After incorporation of vector in expression system the fused heterological protein is expressed in this system. After purification of expressed heterological protein the latter taken in effective dose is administrated in animal and immunological response is arisen in animal.
