FIELD: wine making industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves blending bottling-stable dry white wine materials of grape European strains making flower tint in aroma to wine to obtain homogeneous sets. Concentrated and/or preserved grape must is mixed with wine materials in the amount providing alcohol concentration to be 6-8 vol. %, obtained mixture is kept and separated from the formed precipitate followed by addition of wine materials to its in the process of blending. Blend is controlled for bottling stability and treated if necessary and filtered and bottled. Bottling is carried out by hot method and/or using the preserving agent. Grape semisweet white wine "Russky Zhemchug" has volume part of ethyl alcohol 9-11 vol. % and mass concentration of sugars 30-40 g/dm3 as measured for invert sugar. Wine has the coordinated aroma with flower tints, harmonic taste, clear and without any foreign inclusions, its color is from light-straw to golden one.
