FIELD: wine industry, particularly, production of grape semisweet pink wines. SUBSTANCE: semisweet pink wine contains food flavor additive "Vinograd", sugar-containing component and dry grape wine materials at the following ratio of ingredients per 1000 dal of prepared product: food flavor additive "Vinograd", 2-8 kg; sugar-containing component, in terms of sugar content in wine from 30 to 40 g/cu.dm; dry grape treated wine materials, the balance. The prepared product comprises, as sugar-containing component, 60-70-% sugar syrup and/or grape concentrated wort (juice) and their combined content is from 1 to 99%. Used as grape treated wine material is white and red or pink wine material. EFFECT: broadened assortment of grape semisweet pink wines. 4 cl, 3 tbl
