FIELD: wine making industry. SUBSTANCE: bottling-stable dry pink wine materials of grape European strains containing 30% of wine materials, not less, of Isabel grape strains are blended to obtain homogeneous sets. Concentrated and/or preserved grape must is mixed with wine materials of Isabel strains in the amount providing alcohol concentration 9-11 vol. %, cooled to (-3)- (-5) C, kept for 0.2-2.0 h and other cooled wine materials are added. Blend is controlled for bottle stability and treated, if necessary, filtered and bottled. Bottling is carried out by hot method preferably and/or using a preserving agent. Grape semisweet pink wine "Slavyanovskaya legenda" prepared by the proposed method has 9-11 vol. % of ethyl alcohol and 35-45 g/dm3 of mass concentration of sugars as measured for invert sugar. Wine shows aroma with Isabel tones, coordinated taste, clear, without precipitate and foreign inclusions, its color is from light-pink to pink.
