FIELD: wine making industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves blend preparing prepared of a mixture of special dry pink or white but not red grape materials taken in the amount 30%, not less, of Isabel grape strains, rectified ethyl alcohol and sugar- containing component: concentrated grape must and/or concentrated grape must, and/or mistel to conditions of ready wine by alcohol and sugar content. Before blend preparing sugar-containing component is mixed with neutral wine materials and rectified alcohol up to alcohol concentration 15-20 vol. %, oak and/or phenolic extract is added in the amount from 0.1 to 1.0% of the blend volume and subjected for thermal treatment at 55-77 C for 2-3 days with recirculation and intensive aeration. If necessary, the blend is treated by heat in flow at 60-65 C followed by self-cooling. If necessary, the blend is treated to provide bottle stability of wine. Blend is filtered and bottled by hot method or using a preserving agent. Obtained pink grape semi-dessert wine "Slavyanskaya legenda" is clear, without any foreign inclusions, its color is from pink to dark-pink with amber tone. Semi-dessert wine shows coordinated aroma, dessert tones in combination with Isabel tones, full harmonic taste.
