SUBSTANCE: grape semisweet white wine contains white dry grape wine material, sugar-containing component in amount ensuring the final content of sugar 30-40 g/cu. dm in wine and food flavor-aromatic additive "Muskat". The wine contains, as a sugar-containing component, 60-70-% sugar syrup and/or concentrated wine wort (juice) in the amount from 1 to 99% each from its volume. The amount of food flavor-aromatic additive is 1-15 kg per 1000 dal of blend. Grape processed wine materials are used as a grape wine material in amount of 93.3-96.25 from blend volume. The proposed wine possesses original taste and flavor remaining the flavor of blossoming summer with flavor of oak bark decoction and its bitter taste.
