FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying echographic examination in dynamic mode during surgical intervention and laparoscopic examination. Scanning ultrasonic transducer having frequency 5 or 7.4 MHz is transvaginally introduced. Marker is introduced through wound orifice as metal manipulator device into the abdominal cavity to bring it in contact with the genital organ region under study under visual control of laparoscope and under vertical position of image on diagnostic ultrasonic appliance display unit. Internal architecture of the organ or neoplasm position is diagnosed relative to echopositive marker image. EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnosis; low traumatic injury and hemorrhage risk. 3 cl
