SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to a method for preoperative preparation in multiple uterine myoma for laparoscopic organ-preserving surgery. First stage involves determining the size of the uterus, the number, size and localization of myomatous nodes by performing the MRI of the pelvic organs with a contrast agent and adjusting the MRI apparatus to a section thickness of up to 1 mm. 2D images of uterus with myomatous nodes are obtained. At the second stage, 3D model of the uterus with myomatous nodes is obtained by loading obtained 2D image files into 3D visualising program with the possibility of cutting the segments, segment-wise manual drawing along the contours of the myometrium, endometrium, uterine cavity, myomatous nodes in all sections by the surgeon, where each of the segments is drawn with a different colour from the previous one. Hand-drawn 3D model of the uterus and myomatous nodes is obtained by combining all the sections. Third stage involves studying the number, size and localization of myomatous nodes on 3D model of the uterus by approaching, moving away and/or rotating through 360 degrees, as well as increasing and/or reducing transparency of any of the segments. Organ-preserving operation is planned. At the fourth stage, 3D model of the uterus is loaded onto a computer.

EFFECT: preserving the reproductive organ, reducing blood loss during myomectomy, removing the maximum number of myomatous nodes with the lowest risk of intraoperative complications.
