FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to gynaecology and endoscopic surgery. In the experiment, a clarifying agent is applied on ovary for 1.4 minutes, agent being 80–99.5% glycerol solution or a mixture of glycerol and propylene glycol in ratio of 70/30 wt.%, the internal structure of the ovaries is observed in the UV range using the help of laparoscope chambers. When visualizing multiple follicles of different maturation stages, a follicular phase of the cycle is stated. Corpus luteum is visualized to conclude on the luteal phase of the cycle.
EFFECT: method enables increasing the transparency of the upper layers of the ovary, as a result of which the internal structures of the organ are viewed, and using the laparoscope optics to establish the phase of the cycle, namely: follicular or luteal, as well as to detect the formation of pathological centres at early stages.
