FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has elongated casing having internal chamber and through axial hole running along the whole casing length through the internal chamber. The cannula is movably mounted with sliding in the hole. The shiftable members are mounted in internal chamber so that each of them has hole for the cannula to move through. The members are displaced after the sharp tip is taken out to prevent the cannula tip from making forward translation movement. The shiftable members are rings in one version. Balls with through holes are used as the members in the second version. A pair of conic shiftable members having shifted holes is used in the third version. One of the members is spring-loaded. Cannula preferentially has thickening positioned in the vicinity of the sharp tip in each version. Safety cap is supposed to have ring-shaped section in back part. Through hole passing through the back part has diameter that is less than that of the cannula thickening. This feature gives no way for cannula tip to be pulled out of the safety cap. EFFECT: prevented exit of dirty cannula outside due to accidental actions occurring. 15 cl, 7 dwg
