FIELD: gas cleaning; blast furnace process. SUBSTANCE: vortex tube includes vortex chamber, cooled gas discharge branch pipe and gas inlet nozzle chamber whose walls are provided with slotted holes and dust collector; at least four helical guides mounted on inner surface of nozzle chamber are turned through 90 deg. Helical grooves are provided on inner surface of dust collector with dovetail traps inside them changing to circular groove; it is provided with hollow elastic ring at dust- laden gas inlet; connected to outer surface of said ring are narrowing attachments with internal spiral grooves; pulsers made from bimetallic plates freely fitted on axle are mounted opposite narrowing attachments; they are bent in shape and their opposite butts form angle of 90 deg. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of gas cleaning; avoidance of abrasive wear of vortex tube components and technological equipment. 6 dwg
