FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has housing with dough chamber and filler chamber, feeding hoppers and delivery devices. Dough and filler feeding mechanisms are positioned in hoppers and kinematically connected one with another. Dough feeding mechanism is formed as rotor-type eccentric pump with blades. Dough trough with filler feeding pipe is disposed on housing at side adjacent to chamber. Supporting closures are mounted at housing ends. Filler feeding mechanism has rotor with dosage holes made in its body. Spring-biased striker-pin is mounted perpendicular to supporting closure surface for engagement with rotor end. Molding mechanism has two rolls of different diameter. Surface of smaller roll is defined by ribs disposed perpendicular to roll surface. Outer surface defined by rib edges is made cylindrical with diameter equal to that of larger continuous roll. EFFECT: improved quality of products by dosed feeding of dough and filler to molding zone and reduced metal usage. 3 cl, 6 dwg
