FIELD: poultry farming. SUBSTANCE: chicken feeding method involves addition of association Ruminococcus albus 1-33 and Lactobacillus acidophilus 1-33 at ratio 1:1 (+/- 20%) to mixed fodder with concentration of microorganisms 50 to 500 millions of cells per 1 ml solution in amounts corresponding to 0.1 g/day per 1 chicken. Preparation of substance consists in that consortium of bacteria is seeded in amounts 1 to 5% in nutrient medium consisted of sunflower or soya oil cake (5%) and tap water, which is preliminarily sterilized for 20 min at pressure 1 atm and pH 6.8-7.0 and cooled to 35-40 C. Culturing is carried out in bottles or ferments with holding capacity 1000 l during 24 h. Thus obtained culture containing bacterium consortium 1-33 is mixed with sunflower or soya oil cake at ratio from 1:1 to 1:2 in dry air flow.
