FIELD: biotechnology, microbiology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing fodders and directed for preparing granulated fodders with high enzymatic (cellulase) activity. Invention involves using the strain Bacillus pantothenticus 1-8 as a bacterial granulated addition that elicits high cellulase activity and able to tolerate short-time elevation of temperature up to 80oC. The strain of bacterium Bacillus pantothenticus 1-85 is isolated from moose rumen, Alces alces. The strain is deposited in collection of All-Russian State scientific-research institute for control, standardization and certification of veterinary preparations (VGNKI) from 05 August 2002 year at registration number Bacillus pantothenticus 1-85 VGNKI 02. 08. 05-DEP. Invention provides preparing the bacterial strain for its using in granulated fodders for animals and poultry that elicits high enzymatic (cellulase) activity and able to tolerate short-time elevation of temperature up to 80oC and to retain titer value.
