SUBSTANCE: diaphragm unit has housing forming flow through chamber, cover with filtrate cavity on its inner side and filtrate discharge branch pipe on outer side, and diaphragm module made in form of zigzag flat diaphragm; adjacent flat sections of diaphragm are divided by separating members intended for distribution of concentrate over surface of diaphragm and accumulation of filtrate from reverse surface of diaphragm. Device is provided with mounting flange which is hermetically connected with diaphragm module over perimeter; separating members are made in form of embossed members fastened with diaphragm on either side; in assembled state of unit, edges of mounting flange are located between flanges of housing and cover.
