FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out incision in mucous membrane from nasal cavity side, resecting natural anastomosis in posteroinferior direction, removing pathologically changed maxillary sinus mucous membrane and that of reticular sinus, making maxillary sinus wall trepanation and causative tooth root tops resection with following removing from the maxillary sinus.
