FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: according to first version, apparatus has flexible straps adapted for attachment to patient's body and provided with active member retainers, power source and switch. Active members are made in the form of thermal components with solid base-plate fabricated from foiled textolite and provided with heating members connected to power source. Thermal components are positioned in casings and arranged in the course of energetic meridians at the level of energetic centers and biologically active points. Heating members have total power of 1.0-2.0 W and plate sizes of 50x40 mm. According to second version, apparatus has power source, control unit, circuit for selecting related heating member, temperature regulating circuit and circuit for indicating switching of heating members. Apparatus may be used in medicine for health strengthening, disease prophylaxis and therapy, and in sports by people indulged in Oriental single combat events. Apparatus allows fundamentals of Tswigun method to be taught in short time by developing skills in producing thermal effect on individual's body surface, i.e. it produces heat feeling at first in one energetic center, then individual is taught to transmit heat to next energetic centers through energetic channels.
