FIELD: high-pressure hydraulic machines; applicable in producing of liquid high-pressure cutting jets with small angle of opening of their external boundaries in open air space. SUBSTANCE: method consists in installation of holder in body. Arranged in body coaxially, in contact with one another and successively are nozzle, seal and insert with subsequent deformation of seal by application of axial load through insert. Seal in made of agehardenable alloy. Nozzle is installed flush in seal end. Prior to deformation, seal is heated to obtain homogeneous solid solution. Deformation is effected in phase of solid solution of seal material. Method ensures sealing of nozzle head at liquid pressure up to 600 Mpa; and with diameter of nozzle outlet of 100 mcm and pressure of 300 Mpa, angle of opening of jet outer boundaries in free air space is provided of not in excess of 6 dwg with length of cylindrical part of effluent jet of not less than 8 mm.
