FIELD: mechanical engineering; centrifugal pumps designed for handling abrasive hydraulic fluids. SUBSTANCE: proposed pump has housing accommodating impeller with cylindrical inlet neck, suction cover, front and rear armored disks, system for washing clearances with clean water, mounting ring secured on housing, and pressure ring. Armored disks in impeller outlet area and mounting ring are coated with wear-resistant elastomer. Front armored disk is furnished additionally with sliding bearing and is installed for rotation relative to horizontal axis of impeller in antifriction bearings installed between front armored disk and impeller. Sliding bearing is installed between inner surface of housing and front armored disk resting on antifriction bearings by its outer surface. Antifriction bearings are arranged in slots of suction cover and pressure ring. EFFECT: reduced wear of front armored disk of pump. 1 dwg
