FIELD: devices for mining of underwater deposits and bottom sediments in the form of sludges and slimes of flow and viscous-flow consistencies. SUBSTANCE: device may be used in mining of lake deposits of sapropel and sludges of other water reservoirs, including those of water supply and fishing importance, and also muddy deposits of therapeutic mud. The device has a body in the form of cylindrical pipe, pump, and hoisting means. The body has supporting posts adjustable in height and internal cylinder rotatable in the body and rigidly connected with gear having internal gearing and connected with driving gear mounted on shaft of motor located on the body cover. The body and internal cylinder have coaxial side holes located at height determined by lower boundary of sapropel of flow and viscous-flow consistencies. The device virtures include absence of necessity of its readjustment in the course of mining, preservation of upper vital layer of sapropel deposit intact, absence of suspension cloud, continuous process of filling of the device with sapropel and its withdrawal from the device that allows efficient use of the device for mining of sapropel in water reservoirs of any category of water use.
