SUBSTANCE: case includes branch pipe for receiving liquid processes in mechanism or discharging liquid, detachable flange fitted on external peripheral section of branch pipe for connection of branch pipe with external member, pipe for relieving pressure of liquid which is mounted on side of outer peripheral edge of branch pipe. Flange may be provided with through hole or chute for passage of pipe. According to another version, relative position of branch pipe and flange may be fixed by means of pipe.
