FIELD: construction, pipeline.

SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to construction of pipeline transport and is meant for ensuring stable position of the underground pipeline. Two isolated from each other vessels to be filled with ballasting material are formed by made from technological polymeric fabric side and front walls and by upper and lower foundations of different area. Vessels are flexibly connected with each other and may be installed on the pipeline. Each of the vessels has filling opening with a loading arm and drawing loops. Width and area of the lower foundation of each of the vessels are less than width and area of the upper foundation. Each of the vessels has at least one link beam sewed in between the side walls. In particular case each vessel has two or more link beams.
