FIELD: measurement technology; aerohydrodynamic units for determination of viscosity and surface tension of liquids; check of composition and properties of liquids. SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes measuring reservoir provided with nozzle and made in form of cylindrical cavity resonator whose lower portion is filled with liquid to be studied; compensating volume of SHF ferrite is found at upper end wall; SHF ferrite is located in static bias field created by solenoid current; E010intake oscillation loop is introduced additionally. Nozzle performs also E010 oscillation excitation function of cylindrical cavity resonator.
