FIELD: mobile communication systems. SUBSTANCE: technical result of invention lies in possibility of control over power of direct communication line in absence of information on condition of specified communication line. In this case there are formed conditions to conduct transmission with decreased level of power without deterioration of state of quality of feedback communication line. When feedback communication line degrades preventing transmission of information on state of quality of direct communication line information on control over power received over feedback communication line before it degraded is used. Usage of specified information on control over power improves state of quality of direct communication line with simultaneous improvement of state of quality of feedback communication line.
