FIELD: cutting polymer materials. SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in moving the blank over surface of working table by means of drawing shafts along direction of cutting relative to stationary preheated string. Device for realization of this method is additionally provided with table for storage of polymer blanks, one pair of primary calibrating shafts and one pair of final calibrating shafts with reticular knurling.
