Mentioned-above instructions contain information on characteristics of another base station mentioned-above. Mentioned base station generates message carrying indicator of change of characteristic for mobile station in agreement with process of transfer of service of cellular call of mobile station from any base station to another base station in cellular communication system with mobile objects.
