FIELD: ferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has service hopper, discharge funnel, to which are axially connected tubular guiding member and tubular conveying feeder. Conveying feeder is positioned at an angle to horizontal plane for rotation relative to its longitudinal axis. Conveying feeder may be rotated in horizontal plane and is inclined to the latter at an angle less than angle of rest of bulk materials. Guiding member is manufactured of flexible material. Discharge funnel, guiding member and conveying feeder are mounted for joint rotation relative to their respective longitudinal axes. Feeding apparatus is used for supplying bulk reagents into liquid steel in the process of operation of continuous steel casting machine.
