FIELD: materials handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to rollers used as rollers supports of belt conveyors. Rollers has sectional axle consisting of two semi-axles furnished with seat neck with ring grooves, shoulders with support end face surfaces and tail pieces, and link made in form of pipe whose end parts are fitted on tail pieces of semi-axles, and also cylindrical shell installed through end parts on supports in seat holes of which bearings are secured. Bearings are fitted on seat necks of semi-axles and are limited from inside by support end face surfaces of shoulders. Tail pieces on semi-axles are made adjacent with ring grooves of seat neck. End parts of link are fitted with interference on tail pieces of semi-axles by axial press-fitting and are additionally flared into ring grooves of seat necks of semi-axles by ring upsetting so that diameter of outer surfaces of flared out sections of link end parts is equal to diameter of semi-axle seat neck. Flared out sections of link end part are made in form of sectional parts of semi-axle seat neck. Shoulders of semi-axles are made in form of non-flared out sections of link end parts. Support end face surfaces of semi-axle shoulders are made in form of mated stepped flared out and non-flared out sections of end parts of link. EFFECT: reduced dynamic loads on bearing owing to provision of reliable fixed connections of end parts of link and semi-axles, increased service life both of bearings, and roller as a whole. 3 dwg
