FIELD: fish industry. SUBSTANCE: fish cutting machine has carcass carrying shaft with disk knives attached to it through spacer washers, charging mechanism provided with fish receptacles and defined by members fastened to shaft by means of spacer washers, comb, charging and discharge chutes. Spacer washers are designed so that one spacer washer may be screwed into another spacer washer for changing space between disk cutters and charging mechanism members. Fish cutting machine is further provided with sharpening device mounted for movement along shaft and turning relative to attachment spindle. Charging mechanism receptacles are provided with flexible layers provided with spherical projections. Such construction allows fish to be cut into portions of different length. This machine may be used as technological equipment in shore fish processing houses or fish processing vessels, as well as in small-scale enterprises.
