FIELD: fish industry, in particular, obtaining of proteins from fish industry wastes and sewage. SUBSTANCE: method involves grinding raw material and washing it with water; filtering; subjecting obtained filtrate to electric flotation at voltage of 12 V, current density of 200-300 A/sq m, temperature of 18-20 C for 60 min till pH value reaches 6.5-7.2. All operations are performed in single electric flotation apparatus. Method allows high-quality protein product rich in microelements drawn from fish industry and mariculture wastes, as well as from fish processing industry sewage of any kind to be obtained.
