FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Device contains retractor of elongated shape with handle for displacement of rectum. Handle is fastened to proximal radius butt-end of retractor with bypass for its positioning in vertical direction. On distal end of retractor provided is additionally narrowed concave part for ensuring performance of operational field along posterior surface of rectum and anterior surface along prostate gland. Handle is made of double curved shape.
EFFECT: ensuring optimal possibilities of performing operation correction by two hands, improvement of visualisation on posterior and lateral surfaces of inferior ampullar part of rectum and on anterior surface of prostate gland.
