SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery. Device contains retractor of elongated concave shape and handle. Handle is connected with proximal radius butt end of retractor. Retractor wraps and repeats the shape of rectum. Handle is attached to proximal radius butt end of retractor with bypassing place which is made for positioning rectum in vertical direction.
EFFECT: invention ensures reliable grip of rectum, displacement of rectum in carrying out total mesorectumectomy because of rectum cancer and performing positioning of rectum in vertical direction.
