FIELD: rolling, rolling of sheets, plates and strips. SUBSTANCE: mill for old rolling of strips has coil unreeling machine, reel for finished strips, horizontal rolling stands and one electric mould as minimum positioned after rolling stand and/or in front of reel for finished strips. Electric mould includes several contact rollers made of current-conducting material placed horizontally transverse to rolling, uniaxially on both sides of rolled strip, with uniform pressing against strip over entire length of rollers, current leads coming in the form of bearings with current-conducting lubricant, connected to contact rollers and pulse source of electric energy to which leads current leads are connected. Invention provides for achievement of properties of rolled products equal to their properties after high-temperature annealing. EFFECT: raised quality of rolled metal and reduced power consumption. 2 cl, 4 dwg
