FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: cold-strip mill contains recoiler, rolling mill with driven roller with defined diameter D and hardness T of its body with lubricant delivery system into deformation zone and coiling machine. Enough blank reduction rate while rolling is provided ensured by on vertical axial plane of roller there are installed on top and at the bottom in support two stationary deformation element with cross section in the form of equilateral triangle with round corners, implemented with ability of place transformation of this elements borders and with regulated amount of clearance between the element and roller. Additionally on mill it is installed tensioning drive rolling equipment, roller of which while mill operating enveloped by deformed strip with opposite driving direction of its branches in rolling mill; height of deformed element can be equal to (0.4…0.5) D, and rounded radius of its ribs - (0.07…0.09) D, hardness of bullnosed of deformation element can be (1.2…1.4) T.
EFFECT: reduction of production expenditures at cold-strip rolling of width 0,1…0,3 m made of steel with ultimate stress limit σs≤600 MPa excluding rolling degradation.
