SUBSTANCE: described is stable complex compound comprising macrocyclic tetradendate ligand having structure of formula I: wherein R1 and R2 have the same or different meanings, are bonded or unbonded, and each is selected from group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, methyl, CF3, and if they are bonded, cyclopropyl, cyclobutyl, cyclopentyl or cyclohexyl, are spatially and conformation hindered so that oxidizing degradation of metal complex is limited in compound when complex is in the presence of oxidizing medium, Z is atom which is resistant to oxidation which is metal complex forming agent selected from nitrogen and oxygen, X is essentially oxidation - resistant functional group selected from 0 or NRS, wherein RS is methyl, phenyl, hydroxy, oxy group, CF3, or CH2/CF3, R3,R4,R5, are fragments connecting adjacent atoms Z comprising structures as defined in claims. Also described are chelate complex and intermediate compound for preparing complex compound comprising macrocyclic tetradendate ligand. Invention makes it possible to prepare stable durable oxidation catalyst or catalyst promoter used in chemical or biological processes.
