FIELD: biotechnology, microbiology. SUBSTANCE: method involves multistage culturing yeast under aeration condition in nutrient medium containing sources of carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus, growth stimulating agents and iodine source feeding to cultural fluid in the form of alga Spirullina platensis with iodine as a biocomplex of natural carrier. Alga can be used as dry ground matter or as an aqueous suspension with particles size 100 mcm, not above, and taken in the amount 50-200 mg/1 l of cultural fluid. EFFECT: enhanced curative-prophylactic effect of baking yeast, increased content of trace elements, amino acids and vitamins of group B source in yeast. 3 cl
