FIELD: repair of pipelines. SUBSTANCE: plant includes spindle with cutting tool mounted in housing, gears for axial and angular displacement fitted on shaft of drive mechanism. One of them is provided with lever-type position selector and is movable axially. Drive gears are interconnected by means of splined joint. Axial displacement gear is connected with motion screw which forms left-hand screw pair together with spindle; angular displacement gear is connected with spindle by means of splined joint; besides, motion screw rotating gear is provided with brake block which operates simultaneously with lever-type selector when spindle moves through preset distance under action of rod moving together with spindle.
