FIELD: pharmaceutical industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves vacuumizing basic solid body for removing gas from its pores; treating with liquid and infusing solid body in it, while periodically bubbling it with vapors of the same liquid; performing cyclic extraction by hydrodynamic ally processed liquid flow, which had passed several times through immovable layer of solid body and alternatively bubbling with vapors of the same liquid directed in counterflow; directing extract at least once for reacting with solid body; repeating cycle several times; if required, subjecting extract produced at terminating cycle to concentration by vacuum and thermal distillation of liquid and condensing its vapors. Method allows basic components to be extracted from different kinds of plant, animal or other solid bodies, and substance extraction process in solid body-liquid system to be intensified.
