FIELD: methods of extraction by solvents with the use of vacuum; extraction of valuable components from vegetable raw materials; chemical, pharmaceutical and food-processing industries; removal of unwanted elements from various compounds, for example, low-molecular compounds from caprolactam in production of polyamide fibers. SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in preliminary degassing by means of vacuum evacuation before extraction; solvent (extractive reagent) is heated to temperature which does not cause denaturation of material; then heated and degassed material is subjected to wetting and impregnation with preheated solvent in vacuum pulse mode, after which extraction is performed in vacuum pulse mode. Pulse evacuation is effected at residual pressure of 0.1 to 13.3 kPa at rate of 0.05 to 1.0 s.
