FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: described are new naphthyridine derivatives of formula I: 
wherein R1 is phenyl, benzyl, 3- nitrophyl, 3-chlorophenyl, 3-cyanophenyl, 3-(tetrazolyl)phenyl or benzofurazanyl, R2 is hydroxy, trifluoromethane sulfonyloxy, allyl, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, alkoxy, phenyl, phenyloxy, carboxyphenyl, carboxymethyl phenyl, carbamoyl phenyl, phenylamino-, diaphenylamino-, amino-. alkamino-, alkamido group wherein alk denotes aliphatic fragment having up to 8 carbon atoms and optionally comprises carboxy group, carboxylic acid ester or hydroxy group and/or optionally contains ether or ester bond, or N-oxide thereof in free state or in the form of pharmaceutically acceptable salt. Also described is pharmaceutical composition having antiinflammatory activity based on said compounds. Compounds are useful in medicine as medicines for treating asthma.
