SUBSTANCE: shut-off device intended for shutting-off the pipe lines includes elastic envelope with holes for building-up excessive pressure. Envelope is filled with flexible porous polymer material at elasticity sufficient for restoration of initial from of envelope at working pressure inside pipe line.
