SUBSTANCE: device includes sealed-up cylindrical chamber with rubber walls; one end wall of this chamber is provided with tubular pipe union located coaxially relative to chamber; this pipe union is made from cord of rubberized material reinforced with fibers with load-bearing skeleton embracing the sealed-up cylindrical chamber; skeleton includes cylindrical envelope and end walls connected with this envelope and located on end walls of chamber; end walls of load-bearing skeleton are made from radial strips partially overlapping each other; load-bearing skeleton is provided with rubber cover layer; strips of end walls are arranged in groups; strips of each group are located at sector-shaped gaps between them; they are adjacent relative to each other along axis of device.
