FIELD: overlapping of pipe-lines, repairing of water pipe-lines, oil pipe-lines and other pipe-line systems. SUBSTANCE: suppressing device has elastic casing in form of folded bag which can unfold, blow up and hermetically overlap the pipe-line when supplying inside it medium under a pressure and fold back when removing the medium from it. The folded bag has rectangular shape and plane surface when it is unfolded. The cross-section of the folded gab can be S- or Z-shaped or also in form of a ring or spiral.
