Invention claims dissolving and stabilizing systems that are emulsified or microemulsified in water and designated for compound (I). System has one or some nonionic hydrophilic compounds exhibiting surface-active and amphiphilic properties simultaneously or it can contain a mixture consisting of, at least, one amphiphilic compound and nonionic hydrophilic surface-active substance. Pharmaceutical composition has the compound (I), claimed dissolving and stabilizing systems and, if necessary, pharmaceutically acceptable excipient or carrier. Composition can be emulsified or microemulsified in an aqueous medium. Invention claims soft pharmaceutical capsule containing the above indicated composition designated for oral administration. Invention proposes gelatin capsule for oral administration containing the claimed composition. Invention ensures to design anhydrous pharmaceutical compositions with high concentration of hydrophobic active substance. Composition can be made as tablets or capsules.
