SUBSTANCE: presented group of inventions refers to pharmaceutical industry, namely to a composition for intravaginal introduction for treating disorders with estrogen deficiency. Disclosed is a capsular pharmaceutical composition containing: a gelatine capsule and a liquid pharmaceutical composition containing: from 1 microgram to 25 micrograms of soluble oestradiol and a dissolving agent, wherein the dissolving agent contains at least one of C6-C12 fatty acids or a glycol, monoglyceride, diglyceride or triglyceride ester thereof, where the pharmaceutical composition does not contain a hydrophilic gel-forming bioadhesive agent, and where the liquid pharmaceutical formulation is encapsulated in a gelatine capsule. Disclosed is a capsule pharmaceutical composition for intravaginal administration for the treatment of disorders with estrogen deficiency, containing: 1 microgram to 25 micrograms of oestradiol; caprylic/capric acid triglyceride; non-ionic surfactant, which is PEG-6 stearate and ethylene glycol palmitostearate; wherein the pharmaceutical formulation is encapsulated in a soft gelatine capsule. Disclosed is a method of treating disorders in the absence of estrogen, the method involves administering a capsule pharmaceutical composition for intravaginal administration to a woman in need thereof.

EFFECT: use of the above formulations is effective for treating estrogen deficiency disorders, promotes localized action of oestradiol without noticeable increase in the system effects of oestradiol.
